Survival Changes

- Fixed an issue where /back command would teleport in random places
- Fixed where Spawner changing to the default pig spawner from the vote & lucky crates
- Added warps GUI
- Fixed Voting Dupe Glitch
- Added new Items in the Vote and Lucky Crates
- Balanced win percentages of lucky crates

KitPVP Changes

- Fixed Holographic Leaderboards showing wrong stats if player's stats get updated
- Fixed Heal Pack/Health Pack not working in Fighter Kit
