Survival Server Updates

- Added DropParty in Survival | /warp dropParty
   Drop Party is an Event game where staff or player will host in this event the host drops items from the sky {using a Redstone       machine} the host cannot get items from creative mode to use in drop party they will have to use their survival items to host a     drop party create a ticket on our discord or on the website


- Changed the voting rewards items and Reward animation
- Added 12 New items to the Vote crates
- Increased the chances of winning


- Changed the Reward animation of Lucky Crate
- Lucky Crates now gives 3 wins in 1 Round
- Increased the chances of winning
